MENOMINEE – Three people were arrested last week on drug charges in Menominee as a result of an interstate heroin trafficking investigation. The arrests were made Thursday and Friday by the Menominee County Wide Drug Enforcement Team and the Northeast Tri-County Drug Enforcement Team.
A 28-year-old female from Menominee was arrested for possession with intent to deliver heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. A 26-year-old Male from Marinette, Wis., was arrested on the same charges as well as maintaining a drug vehicle. A 21-year-old woman from Menominee was also arrested on a probation violation.
Their names will not be released until formal charges are made from the respective prosecutor’s offices in Marinette and Menominee.
